i'm interested in a dial thickness gauge (metric) with a 1-10mm range,
0.01-0.001mm precision and a measuring force of about 1 N. do you have any
suggestions? your product description does not mention measure force.

Doing some mechanical drafting and need to make some precise measurements on very small parts with a precision measuring tool, digital read out in metric, accuracy to .01 mm.
Tool should be able to do inside and outside measuring. Do you have such a tool ?

I have been searching for micrometers on internet, and it seems that I have
found what I am looking for on your web-site.
We have som advanced micrometers for controll of paper thickness in our
lab., but I am searching for a simpler device for quick controll of paper
thickness on the paper maschine. Could Dial Thickness micrometer type TN-25
fit that use. I need to know the area of the measuring spindel, to calculate
the measuring pressure in N/m?.

I want to get an outside thread micrometer, but am wondering how I would verify the accuracy.
By looking at the instrument, I can tell that standard rectangular gage blocks won't do the trick.
